Pilar's Harbour has several long term rental options offering a more permanent luxury waterfront living experience.  The Villa's boast a stylish interior with comfortable living space to fit your residential needs.  Pilar's Harbour is situated on a beautiful canal and has quaint and quiet common areas to be enjoyed by all.  Both our Classic and Deluxe Villa's are available furnished or unfurnished.

Classic Villa
The Classic Villa is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath town home situated comfortably on a single floor.  Each Villa is beautifully landscaped with a private porch and entry way along with a conveniently covered carport.  The modern kitchen has upgraded cabinets, stainless steel appliance, imported granite countertops and recessed lighting.  The Villa is furnished in a contemporary style with all the comforts of home including a washer and dryer. The Villa's have new berber carpet and tile floors with some units showcasing hardwood flooring in the common areas. The granite countertops and tile floors provide a contemporary feel to the bathroom.

Deluxe Villa
The Deluxe Villa is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath single floor town home that includes all the standard features of Classic Villa along with additional living space, interior upgrades and two-car garage.  The Deluxe Villa features a larger upgraded kitchen with granite countertops, a wrap-around granite island and modern cabinetry.  The larger floor plan includes a private office, a spacious master bedroom with large walk-in closets and a beautiful master bath with dual vanities, a large garden tub and seperate shower.  With the Deluxe Villa you will also enjoy a beautiful canal view on your comfortably furnished private patio.

Corporate Villa
