Classic Villa
The Classic Villa is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath town home situated comfortably on a single floor.  Each Villa is beautifully landscaped with a private porch and entry way along with a conveniently covered carport.  The modern kitchen has upgraded cabinets, stainless steel appliance, imported granite countertops and recessed lighting.  The Villa is furnished in a contemporary style with all the comforts of home including a washer and dryer. The Villa's have new berber carpet and tile floors with some units showcasing hardwood flooring in the common areas. The granite countertops and tile floors provide a contemporary feel to the bathroom.

Deluxe Villa
The Deluxe Villa is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath single floor town home that includes all the standard features of the Classic Villa along with additional living space, interior upgrades and two-car garage.  The Deluxe Villa features a larger upgraded kitchen with granite countertops, a wrap-around granite island and modern cabinetry.  The larger floor plan includes a private office, a spacious master bedroom with large walk-in closets and a beautiful master bath with dual vanities, a large garden tub and seperate shower.  With the Deluxe Villa you will also enjoy a beautiful canal view on your comfortably furnished private patio.
