The single story property has been constructed along a seawall and with boat slips for all your boating needs.  Located on the water where the East Fondon Canal meets the Ponce DeLeon Canal leading out to Tampa Bay.

The property was designed to bring the aesthetic feel of the Keys to Tampa Bay.  Experience the outdoors where beautiful brick-pavers line walkways and community gathering areas with fire-pits and benches.  This property has many places for taking s stroll, entertaining, family time, and reflection.

VILLA'S ARE AVAILABLE MONTHLY

1. Check-in Time is after 3 PM EST and Check-out Time is 10AM EST.
2. These are non-smoking villas.
3. Pets - A non-refundable pet fee of $250.00 is required. Weight limit of 75 lbs. (breed restrictions apply)
4. We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
5. Damage Deposit - A damage deposit of $250 is required.
6. Rates are subject to 12% Florida State & local tax.
7. Payment - An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required when confirming the reservation. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Payments can be made by credit card or in the form of traveler's checks, bank money orders, or cashier's check in US Funds payable to Pilar's Harbour. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The balance of rent is due thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date.
8. Cancellations - A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or that are made within 30 days of the arrival date; forfeit the full advance payment. Early departure does not warrant a partial refund of rent or deposit.
9. Maximum Occupancy - The maximum number of guests per Villa is limited to six (6) persons in the Deluxe Villa and four (4) in the Classic Villa.
10. Cleaning Fee - A cleaning fee of $75.00 is required. One-time set up of linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included. However daily maid service is available at an additional cost.
11. Rate Changes - Rates are subject to change without notice prior to deposit.
