Classic Villa - 2 Bedrooms, 1 Full Bathroom and Carport

Luxuriously appointed, the Classic Villa's great room with tiled entry, lighted ceiling fan and Berber carpeting (some with hardwood flooring) opens to the living area. A kitchen dining area flanks the gourmet kitchen featuring imported granite counters, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar with pendant lights, and recessed lighting. A stackable washer/dryer is neatly hidden from view in a closet. Up to four persons can be comfortably accommodated in the Classic Villa which boasts a large master bedroom and generous-sized second bedroom, both with abundant closet space and ceiling fans. A natural granite counter graces the windowed full bath, complete with ceramic tiled floor and tub surround. In the hallway, you'll find a separate linen closet and a walk-in storage area. A private patio completes the suite.

A conveniently covered carport is standard with the Classic Villa providing shelter from the elements for your vehicle(s). An added bonus to the carport is a water spigot which makes car washing a valuable option.

Deluxe Villa - 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and 2-Car Garage

The Deluxe Villa is an escape to luxury.  Lavish, yet comfortable, the Deluxe Villa's generous living space, perfect for up to four persons, features interior and exterior upgrades and a two-car detached garage.  Spacious and open, the kitchen is appointed with natural stone, granite counters, a wrap-around granite island, modern cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.  Adjacent to the kitchen, a large dining area creates a cozy place for eating as well as playing games or cards.  High-grade Berber carpeting, and, in some Villas rich, wide-plank, hardwood floors, enhance the clean, modern feel of the living areas.  The large floor plan of the Deluxe Villa allows for a private office, washer/dryer, spacious master bedroom, with walk-in closets and an ensuite master bath with beautiful dual, granite vanities, large garden tub and separate shower.  The second bedroom offers ample closet and floor space and use of the second full bath.  A wall of windows brightens the living space and frames a spectacular view of the canal which can be enjoyed from the large, relaxing patio.
